Christopher Neubauer has been in the health and fitness industry for the past 20 years. He has been exposed to many types of training modalities. Jeet Kune Do, Gracie Jui-Jitsu, GS kettle bell, Multisport Endurance, Feldenkries, Spinning, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Heart rate training, Power yoga , you name it!

It is with this exposure to so many tools, that a true foundation can be developed. He believes, as martial arts pioneer Bruce Lee did, there is no one way to get healthy and fit! It’s a careful integration of specific systems that work together to create a functional working system to assist others in their search for health and vitality.

Chris trains with Ken Blackburn, IKFF kettlebell teacher and one of the top American kettlebell competitors.

As a triathlete who trained under USAT triathlon coaches Mike Michels and Michelle Blessing from 1995-2002, Chris has completed many short-course and long-course triathlons. His highlights include finishing the 2007 Ironman Florida.

And that's not all, Chris has trained Jeet Kune Do under instructors, Paul Vunak and Dion Riccardo.
